/ Three guiding principles

How we govern ourselves

01

Tripartite Steering Committee

Chaired by the Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo Organization with balanced representation of OLCSA, ECI and AECI, plus a permanent invitee from the DNP, a rotating representative of the governors of Meta, Casanare, Vichada and Arauca, and two honorary members from international academia. Bimonthly meetings.

02

Technical-Financial Committee

Quarterly body proposed by the Master Plan with Findeter, private banks, ANI, DNP and multilateral banks. Role: structure the project pipeline, calibrate financial models, manage hedging instruments and validate viability.

03

Territorial stakeholder tables

Biannual forum in each of the four core departments with representatives of Indigenous communities, ranchers, farmers, business owners, mayors, governors, environmental NGOs and regional academia. Ensures social legitimacy.
