Permanent academic space

Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo Chair

The pedagogical, deliberative and human-capital component that provides transgovernmental continuity to the Orinoquia Master Plan 2026–2050.

Its strategic value is threefold

01

Transgovernmental continuity

Earlier plans failed because they depended on political moments. The Chair is an academic institution with a decades-long horizon.

02

Technical human-capital training

The professionals who will execute and operate the Master Plan are trained from today in the two annual missions and in the internship programs.

03

Knowledge creation and dissemination

The region and the country accumulate an applied academic legacy of exceptional value, internationally publishable.
