Signing of the ECI – AECI – OLCSA Framework Agreement and legal incorporation of the CDAC.

Selection of the CDAC Executive Director among the identified pre-candidates.

Opening of the headquarters in Puerto Gaitán with SENA and the Mayor's Office. Initial team: 8 professionals.

First academic mission to the Brazilian Cerrado (Embrapa) and to Purdue / Arizona State.
