Year-one milestones (2026–2027)

  1. Q2 2026

    Signing of the ECI – AECI – OLCSA Framework Agreement and legal incorporation of the CDAC.

  2. Q3 2026

    Selection of the CDAC Executive Director among the identified pre-candidates.

  3. Q4 2026

    Opening of the headquarters in Puerto Gaitán with SENA and the Mayor's Office. Initial team: 8 professionals.

  4. Q1 2027

    First academic mission to the Brazilian Cerrado (Embrapa) and to Purdue / Arizona State.

  5. Q2 2027

    Launch of the LCSA Chair — first public cycle at the ECI.

  6. Q3 2027

    Publication of the first Altillanura Report: baseline and data architecture.

  7. Q4 2027

    Roundtable with the National Government, ANI, FDN, IDB and CAF to structure Phase I.
